Interkultur Choir Competition in Hull

Both our choruses had a great time over the last weekend in April at the Interkultur Choir Competition which this year was held in our home town of Hull.  Each competing choir sang three songs and were assessed by an international panel of judges.

We are delighted to report that Humber Harmony were placed first in their category with a Gold diploma and a trophy hand made by local artists, whilst Three Crown Sound received a Silver diploma.

The song "The Luckiest Sailor" written by Linda Kelly, arranged by our MD Jack Bridges and sung by Humber Harmony won a special award for the "Most Captivating Performance", so overall a very successful event, with hundreds of singers enjoying a fine time in Hull.
